Returns or exchange are provided if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. To return the item, contact me via email (bluecavejewelry@gmail.com).  Shipment of item to be received within 14 days. To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure all items are well packed and insured for their full amount. A restocking fee may apply to all items not received in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need a ring size changed, please look for a local jewelry repair shop for proper fit. They have specialty tools designed for this purpose and will do the best job.
